We invite you to sit for a moment with everything you’ve heard and learned so far. Perhaps understanding the broader context of climate change and human limitations might feel overwhelming. It is not uncommon to experience strong emotions, perhaps sadness, anger, frustration or fear. Take a moment now to integrate any emotions that might have come up during this chapter so that you may find acceptance and energy for the chapters that follow.
